Amend Section 6 of The Weed Act by adding a New Subsection (K)

The Parliament of Stratham enacts:

Section 1. Short Title

(1) This Act is the The Weed Act Amendment Bill

Section 2. Commencement

(1) Provision 6 subsection K and its subsections 1k, 2k, 3k shall come into effect once this bill has been given assent



Section 3. Reasoning

(1) Currently the weed act specifies that any holder of a schedule 0 card may carry up to 2 stacks of a schedule 0 drug. It does not however give punishments for any stacks held over the 2 stack limit.

Section 4. Section 6 Punishments

(1) (K) Punishment for schedule 0 drugs held by person over the 2 stack limit

(1k) 1st offense: Confiscation of substance and 200 kr fine.

(2k) 2nd offense: Confiscation of substance and 300 kr fine.

(3k) 3rd offense: Confiscation of substance and 400 kr fine.
