Title: SoP warning points
Type of motion: Creation
Elaboration: Warnings can be given out by the SoP if an MP is being disrespectful to others or missing 2-3 votes in a row and not putting an absentee ballot or having a valid excuse for missing the votes. Points will be tallied on discord in a pinned message by the current SoP and once an MP reaches 5 points they can be kicked out of parliament.
Other information: Disrespect includes not listening to your fellow MPs, making personal attacks, bullying, making rude comments, and insubordination.
