- Elaboration & Reasoning: To change the PVP law into three separate laws as defined below:

• Murder | PVP resulting in the death of a player or multiple players.
• Battery | PVP (without a weapon) NOT resulting in the death of a player or multiple players.
• Aggravated Battery | PVP (with a weapon) NOT resulting in the death of a player or multiple players.

- Other Information: Please suggest punishments for these laws below

Battery and Aggravated Battery should be the same law, as it doesn't really matter what you hit them with if you didn't kill them.

Actually, it does. A weapon is meant for hurting/inflicting pain. Therefore, it would make the situation planned, resulting in a larger punishment.

1st offense: Warning plus fine to player, jail time

Battery: warning plus fine
Aggravated Battery Jail time plus fine plus warning lmao
