Punishment for using the doctor sign for nothing (8 Ayes | 0 Nays)

- Elaboration & Reasoning: We've had some people pushing the sign in the hospital for "Roleplaying" and not an actual disease, I feel this should not be allowed, as it wastes Doctor's time and just annoys everyone, things like coming in for low temperature would be perfectly fine, but pushing it for things like wanting to take the Doctor exam, testing it, and roleplaying are things it should not be pushed for

- First offense: Warning
- Second offense: Warning + k15 fee
- Third offense: Warning + k25 fee
