Seize the assets of inactive citizens.


The Parliament of Stratham enacts:


Section 1. Short Title


(1) This Act is the Pruning Tax Act.


Section 2. Commencement


(1) All Provisions shall come into effect upon passage.


Section 3. Reasoning


(1) Currently there are large amounts of krunas sitting in very inactive players' balances, by adding a pruning tax these players will either begin contributing to the economy or risk having their assets seized. This will lower the wealth gap while stimulating the economy.


Section 4. Pruning Tax


(1) Rescind Inactive Player Balance requests


(2) A player will be considered inactive once their /seen date has surpassed 6 weeks of being offline.


(3) An inactive player will have all of their city property assets seized by the government as well as 50% of their Kruna assets on the date they are declared inactive

(b)Every 30 days past the original date of declaration of inactivity the player will have 50% of their Kruna assets seized by the government.
(c)The DoE shall be the governing authority of tracking and enforcing this act.​
