- Reasoning: The DoE has been receiving tipoffs from players about shops violating the Exclusive Sales Law. Some are valid, and some are not. Economy Secretaries are the only players who should be writing formal reports or publicly notifying anyone of a violation. There have been several false accusations, misunderstandings, and even trespassing from civilians in an effort to catch offenders without proper due process.
- Bill: If a player suspects a shop is violating the ESL, they need to privately DM an Economy Secretary via Discord or the forums rather than publicly accuse anyone of wrongdoing.
