Rescinded PM Term Limit

Type: Creation
Description: One of the staples of democracy is being able to see a changing leadership that brings new ideas to a country’s government. One of the ways this can be aided is through a term limit. That is why I am proposing this bill with the general consist being a two-term maximum.
Bill: An elected PM can only serve a maximum of two consecutive terms. They are also not allowed to assume this position through any possible mid-term replacement methods such as nominations. This bill will go into effect immediately as it applies to all elected PMs.
