Petition to Allow Non-Infringing Property Edge Leeway

It is currently unlawful in the Stratham property ownership laws to build outside the limits of your property, even if that exterior edge is not infringing on another player's property. It should be permitted for a small amount (3-5 blocks) of leeway over property borders facing public roads used ONLY when there is the necessity to complete a key component to a building, i.e. a corner of a roof, etc.
