- Type of motion (Edit/Removal/Creation): Edit
- Elaboration & Reasoning: Where a player exceeds the penalties listed on a law, the last punishment is recurring with any future offence of the same law. Additionally, the player will be reported to staff after an offence has been breached 5 times or more.
E.g. A law lists penalties up to four offences. The player commits a fifth offence of the same law. They are then subject to the fourth offence penalty again, each time they break that law.
