Description: Parliament and Cabinet already have a channel to communicate in. Parliament sometimes has to discuss matters revolving around the PM and DPM, this can't happen with them in the chat.
Bill: The Prime Minister and Deputy Prime Minister will no longer have access to Parliament chat.
