Players cannot rent another mall shop until they complete furnishing their current mall shop and setting up the minimum of 5 chest shops. Failure to follow this law will result in the removal of the tenant and a 90% refund back.

If you decide to choose the mall to have your restaurant be located, you are still limited on the number of shops you can rent. You can expand by having 5 chest shops though.
Players are not allowed to have more than 2 mall shops rented at once, nor are players allowed to rent out mall shops to other people. The fine for having more than 2 mall shops at once will be the total cost of the rent in those mall shops (for example 3 mall shops with a k150 rent would be a k450 fine), and the fine for renting out mall shop is k1,000 per mall shop.
If a player owns more than 2 mall shops, a PI should follow internal DoCE procedure to remedy the issue. Failing that, they will be fined the total cost of their current rented mall shops, and all but 2 shops will be forced unrented and vaulted. The Staff member who force unrents the shops should chose the shops with the least amount of chests first, then use their discretion to remove other shops.
In the original bill 'Limitations on Mall Shop Renting'; it was stated that each player could own only two shops in the mall. It is meant to be two regions, not two shops consisting of multiple regions.
This Edit to the bill is redefining the term 'shop' in the original bill to 'regions' within the businesscraft mall.
