-Reasoning: It's pointless to do a lawsuit just to get somebody arrested. It should be reported to police under government-support. Otherwise it's a waste of judges' time.
-Bill: Instead of suing your murderer, the victims will screenshot their death message, and then send it to a Police Officer or either report the murder in government-support.
