Rescinded End Portal Protection

In a vote of 4:3, Parliament has resolved that:

Due to its rarity, End Portals should be protected and preserved. Players should not be able to obstruct entrance into anend portal, or region an end portal. The punishment is a fine of k500 for obstruction, and a fine of the total cost of the region for regioning one.

The End Portal Protection Act be repealed as it is unnecessary.
