- Elaboration & Reasoning: The current offenses of Initiating Unwanted PvP seem to be taken lightly by repeated offenders. Therefore, I’m proposing the offenses to be revised where there will be longer prison sentences.

First Offense: k20 fine + 15min jail time
Second Offense: k40 fine + 30min jail time
Third Offense: k60 fine + 60min jail time
