Allow a the Department of State the authority to conduct inter-departmental audits

The Parliament of Stratham enacts:

Section 1. Short Title

(1) This Act is the Parliament Dos Auditing Amendment (12 Amendment).

Section 2. Commencement

(1) All Provisions shall come into effect upon passage.

Section 3. Reasoning

(1) Currently there is a massive lack of transparency within government, this bill will ensure transparency between departments by a largely apolitical Department auditing other departments. Ensuring the process remains apolitical will ensure that departments will be reviewed by an independent collective ensuring full transparency and keeping the public informed on decisions and progress made by their respective Government.

Section 4. Executive Branch: The Cabinet Changes

(1) Section 3 | The Cabinet & Ministers
(a) (G) Department of State, commonly abbreviated DoS, is responsible for managing
foreign affairs, the election process, interdepartmental transparency reports, and city relations. In order to meet its constitutional obligations, the Department will employ State Secretaries and
City Advisors.
