- Title: Limitations on Mall Shop Renting

- Elaboration & Reasoning: If a player owns more than 2 mall shops, a PI should follow internal DoCE procedure to remedy the issue. Failing that, they will be fined the total cost of their current rented mall shops, and all but 2 shops will be forced unrented and vaulted. The Staff member who force unrents the shops should chose the shops with the least amount of chests first, then use their discretion to remove other shops.
