City Expansion Act Edit

BILL
TO
Amend the City Expansion Act in order to make city expansions 7kr per block once more.
Section 1. Short Title
(1) This Act may be cited as the "City Expansion Act Edit"
Section 2. Commencement
(1) This bill shall be enacted upon its passage and signature
Section 3. Reasoning
(1) Currently cities such as Ocean City, Covington, and Cantonwan are making rapid expansions regardless of population growth. In order to encourage the use of federal grants and to __encourage re-development of the existing parts of cities__, the cost to expand a city will be 7kr per block.
Section 4. Bill
(1) Private Cities shall pay 7kr per block of expansion land.
