Rescinded Abusing the Doctor Sign

In a vote of 7:0, Parliament has resolved that:

If a player abuses the Doctor sign (Spams or calls multiple times for no apparent reason on multiple occasions), then punishment will be as followed:

• First offense: Verbal Warning.

• Second Offense: k20 fine per call

• Third Offense: k40 fine per call + 15 minutes of jail time

This law will be enforced by police officer's, but in order for them to take action, they need to be given solid proof of the sign abuse.
