SHOPR removal Act

To
Remove SHOPR which is a limiting and potentially dangerous piece of legislation to our economy.
Most of the Buisnesscraft players support the removal of the SHOPR act.
The Parliament of Stratham enacts:
Section 1. Short Title
(1) This Act is the SHOPR removal Act
Section 2. Commencement
(1) All Provisions shall come to effect immediately after passing.
Section 3. Rescinding
