Lawsuit: Dismissed Zemrit vs. iForgot0

iForgot0 had once worked well together in my company, BCN. Soon after, iForgot wanted me to change the name of my newspaper and create her own section of the newspaper. I accepted after a small fight. Soon enough, she made her own newspaper and was selling it, with the name of my newspaper, and without permission from me. She had never been accepted into my company. She never got a wage, but she still was using my company for her profits. To be clear we were going to be subsidized by M Corp, and we agreed but we have not made the move yet and Matty707 has not discussed with the board.

1. I would like the newsstand with the name of my company out of spawn.
2. I would like her to stop using the name of my company.
3. I would like all the finances she has made with my name, as well as 100 kruna
4. I would like to not have to change the name of my company because of her

Sorry for the delay. Zemrit planned this against me while hurricane Michael was coming through. I have no power and won’t have any power for maybe the next week or somewhat less. I’m at a restaurant and using their wifi, but they won’t let me charge my phone. I have not been ignoring anyone. I specifically told him in a VC on Discord that I will be in the pathway of hurricane Michael. Maybe he forgot, I don’t know, but I told him this.

Zemrit is lying or leaving out a few things. I had agreed (over a VC) to giving him 10% of the profits from my branch. I am not trying to steal his company name like he is accusing me of doing. He never told me when he hired me that he would be writing the newspaper with me. I cannot write with other people. I am not good at group writing. I asked if maybe we could do separate branches. He agreed. All was well until he started selling his branch under the SAME NAME! Nobody would buy my newspaper because they were mixing it up with his. I asked him if he could choose a different name to sell them under. I had already put so much work into the newspaper I had created under the name of BCN. He had put no work into any of it until AFTER I made everything. I wasn’t willing to change everything I had already put so much effort into, so I asked him to change his.

I in no way caused any damage to him so far. We literally just started this business a few days ago. He told me I was the co-owner of this company, not an employee. I was going to give him his shares of the revenue, but the power went out.

The news stand belongs to Koalition who I had made plans with to help make profits for Zemrit’s company. The hard work I had done to get this company kicked into gear that Zemrit had no part of. As a co-owner, I had to help out. Zemrit didn’t do any of that. The only thing he did was get an offer from M|Corp, which we did together. He didn’t even want to be part of M|Corp.

My point is: He has no right to sue me for damages that do not exist. I have been working hard to help him run his business as his fellow co-owner, but he is trying to kick me out of the company and take all the hard work I did in order to make all the profits go to only himself. He used me to start his business and now that I have done my part, he is trying to kick me out.

I had gotten permission to sell the newspaper under the name of BCN. I have proof. I wanted to leave BCN because of how poorly Zemrit was running things, but he begged me not to go. More to support he fact that he used me to kickstart his business and then wished to kick me out as soon as I had no use in order to gain all of the profit.

I will pay him his share of the profits of around 12 krunas because I made 120 krunas. I sold eight newspapers or around that number for k15 each. I will pay an additional 50 krunas for any other payments that might be out of wack due to the confusion created by the hurricane. So, 62 krunas in total.
I will be dropping out of his business, too.
In exchange, I believe he owes me for all the time, effort, and hard work that has now been wasted. As well as the trouble and stress I had to go through during the duration of all of this. I ask to keep the name of BCN as I have already created a brand and customer base around it. None of which he has done.

This is to help prove that Zemrit has lied about several things in his argument. I did receive permission, I notified him of everything I was doing, I was in fact hired by him, I don’t make a wage because we agreed to making money off of our branch.

JUDGE'S RESPONSE

Analysis:
Much has been discussed between the Plaintiff and the Defendant. I personally was a bit confused on the timeline they were providing me, but I think I have seen enough at this point. According to the evidence provided, the Plaintiff was the original creator of the company, which the Defendant admits too. However, there were some integrity issues with the case the Plaintiff was trying to bring against the Defendant. All in all, during the talks of a possible settlement, the Plaintiff had decided to withdraw the charges against the Defendant.

Conclusion:
The integrity of the charges that were brought up against the Defendant were compromised and conflicted. (Please see Exhibit_1)

Plaintiff has dropped all charges and has withdrawn the case against the Defendant. (Please see Exhibit_2)

Verdict:
As reigning Judge, with the charges being dropped and the lawsuit being withdrawn, I hereby dismiss this civil lawsuit.

This court case is now dismissed.
