Set and make clear laws of the wild and regioning laws and pricing

The Parliament of Stratham enacts:

Section 1. Short Title

(1) This Act is the Wild Regioning Act.

Section 2. Commencement

(1) All provisions of this act are to be effective immediately after passage by the Parliament of Stratham.

(2) In cases of conflicts with previous legislation regarding the topics covered by this Act, this Act is to take precedence.

(3) This bill rescinds the Ocean Monument Protection Act https://mcbusinesscraft.com/forum/threads/ocean-monument-protection.9001/

Section 3. Reasoning

(1) The cost of wild land is not currently written in law

(2) Make laws claiming in the wild clear

(3) The resource world makes the rescinded bill outdated

Section 4. Claiming laws

(1) Claiming land in the wild

(A) Land in the wild will cost 5kr per block
(B) A player can own no more then 3 wild regions
(C) The minimum size of a wild region is 30 blocks
(D) The maximum size of a wild region is 25000 blocks
(E) A player can claim in no more then one ocean monument

This bill is hereby VETOED and not granted Prime Ministerial Assent.

As per the previous veto, I do not see a reason for the block price changes nor changing size constraints. I would recommend discussing it with the DoA as it is their jurisdiction.​

On 5/16/2023 at 4:11pm (CST) Parliament filed a motion to override the Prime Minister's veto on the above act. As of writing this the motion has gained more than the 2/3 supermajority required to pass and the above bill is hereby passed into law.

This bill expands wild region privileges beyond what is considered reasonable by Koal and I. Wild regions should remain exclusive in order to encourage living in cities and towns. Businesscraft was created as a city rp and the government should not discourage community building and economic activity in our established city settings.
Increasing total claim size from 20,000 to 75,000, decreasing cost from k7 to k5, and privatizing ocean monuments is an excessive leap in wild allowances. In addition, the bill appears unpopular in the eyes of the people.
