Significance/history: The West Ridge Casino has been a landmark for some time now. Having held two of the largest events in BC history, the BC Prom and Georgia and Spills wedding, along with a few others like the DoPA's Jeopardy event, it has acquired a reputation. Having stood for almost a year, hosted several successful events, and commonly being used as a landmark to give directions, I believe that the casino is worthy of historical building status.
