First of all thanks for reviewing my application!
1. I actually found a list (List below) that I have implemented into a couple of companies I worked in including Hamby's Realty saving them from bankruptcy and saving them from not finishing a crucial project. Hamby's realty later has been shut down due to the leave of Hamby himself.

1. Set Your Top Financial Goals.
2. Make Sure Your Goals are SMART.
3. Get Into the Habit of Budgeting.
4. Track Your Spending.
5. Get Out of Debt, and Stay Out of Debt.
6. Automate Your Savings and Your Payments.

2. I have built my overall worth and improved quite a lot throughout the years evolving from 10k-50k that was all because of my resilience, I have logged on almost every single day to vote and gained quite a lot of money doing that, I have also bought quite a lot of properties, improved on them then sold them later on for a profit. I have managed to do all of that by spending the very minimum, for example, selling my armor or stuff that I would not need or barely use. I as a player would never waste money, only gain over time.

3. I have actually started a company named Walkin Towers named after me, we focus on mostly construction as well as apartments. At Walkin Towers we have completed countless Suburb houses as well as some projects in the Capital. We have managed to do all that by 1. Following the list above 2. Either digging for the materials ourselves or Finding a trustable source that we can 100% trust and has a cheap supply. I shut down Walkin Towers some time ago due to the fact that I was going to quit BC but lately, I have been working hard to re-open Walkin Towers because me and MegaMinerM are going to purchase a tower that would be suitable for an Condo.
