Current Population: Based on number of plot owners, home owners, and apartment renters, estimated 30-40. In the most recent census, Lexford was the #1 private city/town in all categories.
Town Funds: No dedicated funds, I pay for all town expenses.

Detailed Expansion Plan:
Lexford has grown exponentially in the last year, with three expansions and numerous accomplishments such as winning #1 Town in the annual BC Choice Awards. This new expansion, however, will allow the town to evolve even further. We are requesting approval from the DoC and DoCR to create the Fairgrounds, located near the highway south of town.
The Fairgrounds will be used for town events, DoPA events, and we will allow players to apply to use the Fairgrounds for their own private events. This area would be versatile, being redecorated and designed for each event. No permanent plots will be available here, as the land will be purely for events and seasonal use. Currently, we are planning a town carnival that would utilize this new land.
