Establish the process of The Treason Act.
The Parliament of Stratham enacts:

Section 1. Short Title
(1) This Act is the The TTA Act.

Section 2. Commencement
(1) All provisions shall come into effect upon passage of the bill.

Section 3. Reasoning
(1) In the republic we trust our loyalties hold, to ensure that no citizens conspire against the state in means of damaging or hurting its people.

Section 4. Treason
Treason can be classified under any of the following:
(1) Attempting to overthrow the elected government of the Republic of Stratham via means outside the law
(2) Attempting to secede from the Republic of Stratham via means outside the law
(3) Engaging in conduct with the goal of assisting any individual charged with treason in their actions.
(4) Engaging in conduct with the goal of weakening the Republic of Stratham on behalf of enemies of the state or individuals charged with treason.

Section 5. Punishment
Subject on a case by case basis by court trial on advisement by the office of the Prime minister with the support of the Attorney General.
