Amend The Weed Act to specify regulations for the awarding of Schedule 0 cards

The Parliament of Stratham enacts:

Section 1. Short Title

(1) This Act is The Second Weed Act Amendment Bill.

Section 2. Commencement

(1) The Provisions mentioned below shall come into effect following the passing of this bill.

Section 3. Reasoning

(1) Currently anyone can apply for a Schedule 0 Card and there are no rules that specify why someone should or should not be allowed a Schedule 0 card. This Amendment shall define those parameters.

Section 4. The Second Weed Act Amendment Act

(3) Establish Schedule 0 card


(a) Creation of a Schedule 0 card

(b) Regulations on who should be allowed a Schedule 0 Card are as follows:

  1. The applicant must have not have any drug offences on their criminal record for 1 month leading up to the application for a schedule 0 card.

(c) Patients that possess a Schedule 0 card will be permitted to use all Schedule 0 substances

(d) Patients that possess a Schedule 0 card will be permitted to possess up to 2 stacks of all Schedule 0 substances

(e) Schedule 0 cards expire every 28 days

(f) Department of Health shall have the complete authority over the distribution of Schedule 0 cards


Section 5. Punishments for Ignoring the Regulation

  1. Should the DoH award someone with a Schedule 0 card without following the regulation set out in point B-1 above, the DoH Minister can be fined by the DoJ for failing to properly vett the people it is awarding Schedule 0 Cards too. The fineable amounts are as follows:
