To protect the integrity and reputation from malicious and false smears and accusations from other players directed towards a person or group of people.

The Parliament of Stratham enacts:
Section 1. Short Title
(1) This Act is the The Personal Slander and Defamation Act.

Section 2. Commencement
(1) This act in its full capacity shall be enacted upon signage.
(2) This bill is granted the Ex postal facta law

Section 3. Reasoning
(1) For sometime now players in the community have be attacked unjustly and have had no legal defense and protection

Section 4. Definition
(1) The action or crime of making a false spoken statement damaging to a person's reputation.
(2) A defamatory statement is a statement that reasonable members of society would think damages your reputation. A statement is not defamatory if it is true or substantially true.

Section 5. Damages
(1) A result in a slanderous remark or statement in Section 4(1) may award the damaged party, damages in the form of monetary value.
(2) A result of a statement being of the weight of defamatory as specified in Section 4(2) may award the offended party damages in the form of monetary value.
