Establish the process of The Judicial Failsafe Act
The Parliament of Stratham enacts:
Section 1. Short Title
(1) This Act is the The TJF Act.
Section 2. Commencement
(1) All provisions shall come into effect upon passage of the bill.
(2) THE JUDICIAL BACKUP ACT SHALL BE REMOVED FROM LAW UPON PASSING OF THIS BILL.
Section 3. Reasoning
(1) In events where the judiciary cannot preside over a case due to bias or any other reason a temporary legal mitigator will step into the role and have the power to preside over the said case. They will become a Magistrate in Tempore.
Section 4. Order
(1) A Magistrate in Tempore is appointed with the nomination of the executive and the approval of parliament and the signing off by the judiciary. All judges must approve of appointment to this position.
(2) This position, once confirmed will have all discretionary powers of a member of the Judiciary.
(3) Once the Case has come to a close, the Magistrate in Tempore will automatically resign their position.
