Suburbs?

Hey! I joined about a week ago, and have had no trouble finding money/apartments/jobs. I'm now saving up money to live in the suburbs, but I've noticed you could either buy a plot or a house. So, I've come to ask, would buying a plot and hiring a interior + exterior designer be less money that buying a pre-built house?

Because, it is more work than just buying a house. It is charging for all the blocks + labour I guess

its cheaper to buy a prebuilt definitely but i don't think we have any left
