The Office of Attorney General brings forth the following causes of action and alleges the following against the Defendant:
The defendant has clearly breached the provisions of the Corporate Advertisement Act by repeadately reaching out to private individuals in order to advertise their service.

1. Numerous times, the defendant has contacted private individuals in order to advertise their service.

1. 1250kr in Punitive Damages.

The court finds the defendant, EyFan4eva,
guilty of violating Section VI of the Corporate Advertisement Act. To this effect, the court orders a sum of 500 Krunas to be paid to the plaintiff, Colonel_Kai.

According to the Corporate Advertisement Act, “the infringed party may seek up to 500kr of punitive damages, on top of any monetary loss and therefore compensation that may occur.” After clarifying with Colonel_Kai, and finding that he is solely representing himself and no other parties, I will be awarding k500, and not the k1,250 requested.
