Title: Sherlock Accord Section 1: Execution of the law in court
Type: Amendment/Addition

Reasoning: Due to the recent case's against players by the government and in one case by a private player, This amendment is to outline how the sherlock accords cases are to be handled and brought to the courts. This will help clear up any confusion regarding how this law is to be brought against people in court.

Bill: When a player is suspected of corruption as defined in the sherlock accords, the Government is to bring to the court the following: 1) All evidence pertaining to and relevant to the case 2) The case is to be presented by the governments legal representative (doj minister or whoever is named by the PM to do the Prosecution ). If a player suspects a government official of corruption, they may report it to the doj for investigation and prosecution (if their is substantial evidence that they are guilty). If the Doj feels it has evidence beyond a reasonable doubt, The doj will inform the Speaker of parliament or relevant departmental head and will take the case to the courts. While the Case is brought to the courts the person in question will be removed from the department (temp) pending the verdict of the judge. These Regs. only come into play if the person in question wishes to fight the claim
