Type: Creation - Reasoning: Currently, players do not have enough tools to deal with harassment, at least in terms of the law. Staff can deal with more serious cases, but players have no legal recourse when dealing with annoying players.
Bill: I propose we create a system in which restraining orders can be filed against certain players for reasons deemed valid. What would be considered valid or not would be up to the courts. If the case for a restraining order is ruled in the plaintiff's favor, the defendant of the case will be required to stay away from the plaintiff in any private space. This will not apply to public spaces like spawn or the grocery store, as meeting in those places could be highly coincidental. If a player violates a restraining order, they could be fined up to 100 Krunas and sentenced to up to 10 minutes in jail.
