The Removal Act of Criminal Reform V.5 Act

The Parliament of Stratham enacts:

Section 1. Purpose

(1) This Act is solely to remove the Criminal Reform V.5 Act

Section 2. Commencement

(1) Removal of the named bill shall come into effect upon signage of this bill and enactment of the Criminal Reform V.6 Act.

Section 3. Reasoning

(1) Removal of the Act to provide a new, updated version of the Act.

The Reason for this I relate below:
1. The new bill to replace this one is in need of edits, therefore, to continue having laws I will be vetoing this one, please propose again once errors are sorted out
