In a vote of 7:0, Parliament has resolved that:

If the public and/or Prime Minister is against the outcome of a bill that’s been decided by the Parliament, the Prime Minister has the ability to instead of vetoing a bill, choose to hold a public referendum on any new legislation passed by Parliament. Citizens are able to create petitions in order to change the outcome of a bill. If enough signatures are obtained, the Speaker of the Parliament will make an official referendum for eligible citizens to vote on.
