Herobrine has been creating chaos in the streets of Capital City, going on several murder sprees. To stop this madman from scaring so many residents of Capital City and it's police officers (they're more fun to kill) the fees for violating should be raised. This will stop Herobrine from committing mass murder in the big city because Herobrine knows killing players for fun means he has to have lots of money. All of the fees should be raised for violating the server laws. Our Police officers don't get paid enough.
