Suggestion Title: put disposal signs by popular fishing locations
Elaborate (Why do you think it should be added, how will it improve the server, etc.): Often, I see stacks upon stacks of unclaimed emf fish sitting by the dock at spawn, or even just random garbage people throw out because they don't want to deal with it. Putting a disposal sign (or the fancy pants trashcans) by these locations (spawn, linus the fisherman, or even one at each bus) would help deal with this and improve the beauty of the landscape without using the /disposal function.
