Problem of Forum Account

Recently, I have used a new minecraft account for playing BC. Therefore, I request for transferring all my capital, perms and money from my old account PoonMichael to OrangeSkin325. However, my forum account is still under the IGN of PoonMichael. Is there a way to change it to OrangeSkin325?
