- Description of build (please be as detailed as possible): The building outside is fine, its an old hotel and I want the interior to be redesigned with law offices on one side with a ball room and then a few apartment and a final penthouse suite. I have run through this already with the builder I want to do the work.i have seen their work and I want them to do it as they can do it to the standard I am looking for. I would like Mickichu to work on this project

Mickichu will be the main builder, Pearot is a intern assigend to assist and give thoughts upon the interior!

ETA for completion is unknown as this time, I will follow up once more information is available, however.
