This is more like an event suggestion

The old mall has mostly been cleared out and the plots where it hasn't have been unrented. I suggest the resource crazy players get a chance at a specific time on a specific day to go all out on the mall and mine out as many resources they can, while also keeping the resources. This will be a good Server-building exercise. I also suggest if you were to put this event in play, that you give people only 5 minutes to get as many resources as possible. This is also good for the unlucky moderators who are gonna be tasked with the demolition of that building

We don't treat our mods like slaves. It would take about 3 mins max to remove the old mall.
