I'll be running for a seat in Parliament. Since I left the server, I've seen an increasing amount of bureaucracy within the government and stagnation in the faces running it. The political scene I once knew that gave me an so many others so much enjoyment seems to have had much of what made it so fun removed. The simplicity that made it so accessible has been sacrificed for bureaucracy and unnecessary nuances. I'm once again running for parliament to help restore the BC politics that I once knew.
Past Experience in Government:
-Member of Parliament (1 term) (September 2020 - December 2020)
-Minister of Health (3 terms) (December 2020 - November 2021)
-Deputy Prime Minister (literally a week) (November 2021)
The Platform
- Helping to cut down on nuances within the political scene that make it less accessible or appealing to newer or more casual players
- Cutting down on unnecessary or outdated bills
- Working to ensure that the government doesn't stagnate in the people running it
- Using common sense and logic rather than blind optimism
