- Elaborate (Why do you think it should be added, how will it improve the server, etc.):
Right now, job kits can only ever be redeemed once, while this is good to stop chances of someone getting way too much, (e.g. tons of iron from engineer or spawn eggs from farmers) but it doesn't make sense that because once I redeemed farmer kit years ago, I can't get it now when those resources are long gone. I think there should be a 3-6 month cooldown, but make it so it's not a one-time thing.

I like this idea .. but maybe it can only be done when you change your job (but ofc to stop ppl from spamming the job board) maybe add a limit of once every 2 months and staff can check if they are abusing
