Is there a set schedule for exam openings?

Is there a set schedule for exam openings? I am new because I started yesterday and this is all still very new to me. Willing to listen to anyone with advice/help!

Crold, the university exams are always open, but Tourguide and Doctor exams open sporadically because only a set number of players can have each title. Tourguide exams open whenever a TG resigns or is fired, and the Doctor exam takes a while to open. Hope you enjoy the server!
