In a vote of 6:0, Parliament has resolved that:

Members of Parliament can summon ministers from the Executive Branch of government to answer questions on their department or portfolio, in a public hearing, in the Capitol building during a date and time agreed to by parliament and the summoned minister. At least 4 MP's will need to be present for this event, the minister (or an appointed representative) and 3 others, and will be able to ask a series of questions which the minister is required to answer.
