Halloween Decorating Contest!

What?
The Halloween Decorating Contest is exactly what it sounds like. If you have a plot on the Capital or a house in the suburbs, you can decorate it for Halloween!
When?
You have until 19th of this month to decorate your building. The judges will be deciding the winners and looking at the buildings on the 20th at 6 PM EST.
How do I enter?
To enter this contest, please reply to this message with this format:

Location of Plot (City/Suburbs):
Plot Number:
Other Information

Prizes:
First place: 1,000 krunas and a picture of their build on the BC Official Instagram
Second place: 500 krunas
