Establish proper guidelines for Land reporting
The Parliament of Stratham enacts:
Section 1. Short Title
(1) This Act is the Government Land Report Act.
Section 2. Commencement
(1) All provisions shall come into effect upon signage of this bill.
Section 3. Reasoning
(1) To re-establish property land law for Property Inspectors.
Section 4. Suburb Inactive Regions and Plot Limits
(1) No player may own more than one region in the Suburbs District.
(2) Players that have a /seen of a period of one month or longer shall be subject to eviction from their Suburb Plots.
(3) Players that maintain Suburb Plots that are classified as an eye-sore or empty plot shall be subject to eviction.
(1) Players may not own more than three plots that reside within the Capital District.
Section 6. Inactive Regions Wild
(1) Players shall be limited in owning Wild Regions based upon the following:
(2) Players that have a /seen of a period of two months or longer shall be subject to eviction from their Wild Regions.
Section 7. Eviction Process
(1) Property Inspectors shall be responsible for the enforcement of Plot Limits.

(1) To re-establish property land law for Property Inspectors.
Section 4. Suburb Inactive Regions and Plot Limits
(1) No player may own more than one region in the Suburbs District.
(2) Players that have a /seen of a period of one month or longer shall be subject to eviction from their Suburb Plots.
- Players who violate this shall have a right to a courtesy one week’s notice before evicting.
- Players who have previously been subject to eviction within 6 months due to violating this clause may be subject to immediate eviction without notice.
(3) Players that maintain Suburb Plots that are classified as an eye-sore or empty plot shall be subject to eviction.
- Players who violate this shall be given a two-week courtesy notice to rectify the situation. Additional time may be granted by the Minister of Internal Development.
(1) Players may not own more than three plots that reside within the Capital District.
- Players that violate this shall be subject to eviction.
- Players that violate this shall be given a one week courtesy notice to rectify this before eviction can take place.
- Players that violate this shall have a right to a courtesy one week’s notice before they are evicted.
- Players that have previously been subject to eviction due to violating this clause may be subject to immediate eviction without notice.
- Players that violate this shall be given a two weeks courtesy notice to rectify the situation. Additional time may be granted by the Minister of Internal Development.
Section 6. Inactive Regions Wild
(1) Players shall be limited in owning Wild Regions based upon the following:
- One region that holds 20,000 blocks or less.
- Two regions that each hold 10,000 blocks or less.
- The only circumstances in which an exemption for the Wild Region Limit are for industrial use for business. Players that violate this will be subject to removal of their exemption.
(2) Players that have a /seen of a period of two months or longer shall be subject to eviction from their Wild Regions.
Section 7. Eviction Process
(1) Property Inspectors shall be responsible for the enforcement of Plot Limits.
(2) The Process of Eviction is as follows:
- A Property Inspector shall investigate a plot or region to ensure it follows all regulations.
- If necessary, the Property Inspector shall issue notice to the plot or region owner to rectify any plot violations. During the notice period, the Property Inspector must maintain a record of the notice.
- If the issue is not rectified, the Property Inspector shall create an eviction request on the forums.
- It shall be then the duty of the Staff Team to ensure the eviction takes place and the Property Inspector is duly compensated for their work.
