Around the time the server has the least players, around 5 am to 1 pm EST

Yes. They check properties and report eyesores/ properties that need vaulting.
- Why do you think you are suited to the position you are applying for?
Because I have a lot of free time, and I am getting bored on the server, constantly running around the Capitol and the Suburbs, so I'll have a better time also going inside the buildings to check if someone has unrented them.
- Why do you want to work in the position you are applying for?
Because after Kairuchii left her PI position, there's no available PI that's playing every day during my active time.
- Additional Information:
I also want to note that, in some days, i can play till 7 pm EST if my brain allows it, sleep is the best thing in the world.
