M|CORP Management Position Description
Position: Excavation (Project) Manager
Description:
This (currently temporary) position is primarily comprised of management job duties related to the supervision of an excavation team including mainly Excavator Specialists (ES), as well as ensuring that facilitated project tasks are completed on a timely basis.
Compensation:
Signing Bonus - 1,500.00 Kr
Standard Compensation - 300.00 Kr (Per double-chest filled by the ES workers)
Health Care Benefits - Access to the company's pharmaceutical supply, and covered for other medical emergencies. (DM Matty707 a screenshot of your hospital visit.)
Bonus Payment - [ TBD ]
Job Responsibilities:
+ Assisting with the hiring and supervising a worker team, minimum of three(3) players.
+ Managing working shifts between the players. (due to different time zones, etc)
+ Providing dig site assigned zones for each ES, reducing area overlap.
+ Ensuring the project is running smoothly with daily reports on progress submitted to the Project Facilitator.
+ Ensure that the company-owned tools are being repaired regularly. (Repair Costs will be covered.)
+ Duties as assigned ... (if any minor things come up, don't worry, bonus' will be paid if so...)
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Has been active on *BusinessCraft* for at least two(2) weeks or more.
+ Has had some type of management experience in the past, either within M|CORP or another company/small business. (Will require some reference material to prove this.)
+ Has organizational skills.
+ Has the ability to supervise other players, and handle them fairly, yet efficiently.
+ Has the motivation to see project tasks completed thoroughly.
