Make ranting farmland exclusive to farmers.
The Parliament of Stratham enacts:
Section 1. Short Title
(1) This Act is the Farmland Specialisation Act.
Section 2. Commencement
(1) All provisions shall come into effect 48 hours after passage and accent.
Section 3. Reasoning
(1) Currently, farming land in the farming district can be taken up by players that are not farmers
(2) This solidifies the process of players getting a University job first before starting to earn money.
Section 4. Land Specialisation
(1) You may only rent farming land in Capital’s farming district if you hold the farmer University job, as shown by /job <player>.
(a) If you lose your farmer job title, you cannot have any rented out farmland.
(b) This only applies to farmland in the Capital farming district, not any other plots or other cities/towns.
(c) The DoA is responsible for checking the job status of players renting farmland, and reporting Unqualified Farmland Renting to the DoJ to log and carry out punishments.
Section 5. Punishments
(1) Unqualified Farmland Renting
(a) 1st Offence: Warning
(b) 2nd Offence: 50kr fine
(c) 3rd Offence 100kr fine
