Executive Order No. 7​

By the power vested in as Prime Minister by the Constitution and Laws of Stratham. I do hereby declare the following:
​

(1) The Universal Basic Income Program is hereby established.
(a) This program will be under the jurisdiction of the Department of Economy.
(b) Players in this program will receive 10kr every 15 minutes from the government.

(2) Players will receive this benefit provided for up to one month or until they achieve a total of 5,000kr in monetary assets.
(a) Monetary assets are the combined total of a player's balance as well as any bank account balances.
(b) Upon being employed by the government, a player shall immediately be relieved of their UBI benefits.
(c) New players will receive this benefit automatically.

(3) Other players who return after a break may qualify for this benefit provided that they have less than 5,000kr in monetary assets.
(a) Players must request this benefit from the Department of Economy.
(b) Players who do not maintain a /seen of less than 14 days will be subject to removal from this program.
