Title: Bill Proposal Authority
As per the constitution, 1.1(f) The Prime Minister may issue Executive Orders which exercises the power of the executive branch. The Prime Minister may issue pardons to individuals who have committed crimes excluding impeachment, election fraud, treason, or corruption.
I hereby declare:
The Deputy Prime Minister of Stratham is hereby delegated the authority for the remainder of this term to propose legislation as established in Section 1.1(k) of the constitution.
